Digital Marketing Executive

We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our small, but friendly Marketing team to work in Air Partner’s Safety & Security division (Baines Simmons, Redline, Clockwork Research and Wildlife Hazard Management).

This role is based at our Gatwick office.  There will be scope for some home working once settled, so long as you are able to attend the Gatwick office a minimum of 1-2 days per week, dependent on business needs and as agreed with your Manager. 

You will be responsible for supporting and delivering Air Partner’s Safety & Security digital marketing strategy. You’ll help to shape our digital strategy, driving new acquisition across web, social, email and other media channels. 

Collaborating with internal teams, including sales and business development, you’ll champion social media for Baines Simmons, Redline and Clockwork Research, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics. 

You will be tasked with building, optimising, promoting, creating content and updating the company’s websites and also take a lead on PPC and SEO campaigns across the division, ensuring these are successfully in line with delivering conversions for the business.  You’ll also assist with delivering the calendar of campaign activity. 

What you will be doing:

- Managing social media for Baines Simmons, Redline and Clockwork Research, creating and publishing all content and reporting back on key metrics 

- Managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns 

- Managing and updating the company’s website (CMS) and database (CRM)

- Assisting to develop and implement SEO and content strategies across our websites 

- Assisting with projects to improve the design, usability and functionality of all current and future Air Partner Safety & Security websites, including launching new websites

- Creating image / video assets for social and website projects

- Supporting the with key campaigns across service areas, including events 

- Designing and creating a range of content and marketing materials (including copywriting for brochures, adverts, social media campaigns, PR and e-marketing)

- Assisting with monthly reporting on Return on Investment (ROI)

- Developing email campaigns 

- Setting up and managing webinars

- Supporting on data related projects such as:

Collecting and loading data to compile intelligence reports 

Using the CRM system to identify target audiences 

Supporting the review and reporting process of monthly business KPIs 

Contributing to monthly results presentations 

What we are looking for: 

This role requires a digitally savvy and analytical candidate who is a self-motivated individual.  You will be hands-on, capable and experienced in digital marketing and have strong reporting skills.  You will enjoy copywriting and love social media but be able to adapt to all other marketing channels as required. 

You will be a self-starter who learns fast and has a deep understanding of digital marketing.  You will enjoy the challenges of managing multiple activities to hit deadlines and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally at all levels.  You will also:

- Have min 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing role and be able to demonstrate your ability to manage and drive successful digital marketing campaigns

- Have proven experience in management of social media networking tools for B2B

- Have experience in creation of PPC and Paid Social campaigns 

- Have previous campaign management experience

- Have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends 

- Have previously worked with a CMS, building content in multiple environments 

- Have experience working with stakeholders across all levels, including Sales, Functional Experts and Business Development teams 

- Have an analytical mind and be comfortable with reporting return on investment across a variety of marketing channels 

- Have experience in the use of Google Analytics  

- Have previous use of Adobe Creative Cloud 

- Have experience in HTML/CSS (desirable)

- Be a strong team player, but also be able to work independently 

- Be advanced Microsoft Office skills

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Advertising or Marketing
