We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly Gatwick based team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting and delivering Air Partner’s Group strategy globally. Displaying analytical initiative, you will help to shape and implement our digital strategy, to drive targets across web, social and other media channels.
You will be tasked with building, optimising, promoting, creating content and updating the company website and social media channels and also be involved in SEO campaigns across the group, ensuring these are successfully in line with delivering conversions for the business. You will also gain an in-depth analysis and understanding of the digital customer journeys to ensure we maximise our marketing spend within this area.
This role will also require an analytically savvy candidate who is hands on, interested and inspired by the progressive nature of digital, and who has strong reporting skill.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing SEO and content strategies to improve the visibility of the company’s products/services
- Monitoring, creating and publishing Social Media content across multiple channels
- Assisting with the creation of digital and social media reports to track KPIs and help identity key areas of improvement to maximise campaign success/company revenue
- Supporting the marketing team with campaign targeting
- Keeping abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends and techniques; implementing these new technologies in developing campaigns and updating current campaigns to include new information
- Administering the company website, using a content management system (CMS), to optimise usability, design and content in order to continually enhance Air Partner’s online presence and improve online usability and brand engagement
- Creating image/video assets for social and website projects
- Creating / maintaining PPC campaigns to support key business areas
- Undertaking projects to improve the design, usability and functionality of all current and future Air Partner websites, being aware of and initiating change as a result, Including launching new websites
- Working to deadlines and budgets on all activity
- Liaising and collaborating with product and marketing teams while also maintaining relationships with external marketing specialists and agencies
What we are looking for:
You will be a self-starter who can quickly learn and have a deep understanding of multiple products / services. You will enjoy the challenges of managing multiple activities to hit deadlines and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally. You will also:
- Have previous experience in a similar role and eb able to demonstrate your ability to lead, manage and drive successful SEO & social campaigns
- Have proven experience of using social networking tools for business purposes
- Have clear / concise communication skills and excellent writing / presentation skills
- Have experience working with CMS and building / administering content in multiple CMS environments
- Have knowledge of PPC / Paid Social platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Have an analytical mind and experience using a variety of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Have an understanding or experience using CRM to track KPIs
- Possess a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and trends
- Have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent software
- Have some experience with HTML / CSS would (desirable but not essential)
- Have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Be a strong team player
- Have experience working in an International / global environment
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Advertising, Digital, Marketing and good experience in digital marketing
