The social calendar really starts to kick off into March, April and May as the weather starts to turn. Palm Beach Boat Show, 22 – 25 March 2018
One of the top five boat shows in the US, this is a must-see exhibition for avid sailors. Showcasing the cutting edge of marine design, the Boat Show will feature more than $1.2 billion worth of boats, yachts and accessories. There is VIP hospitality available, as well as 'Take The Helm' seminars run by licensed captains, which promise something for everyone -whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned skipper. The event will display every kind of vessel, from ribs and powerboats, right through to superyachts and the latest nautical technology. Some of the exhibitor highlights include yachts built by Christensen, Lurssen, Sunseeker, Feadship and Heesen.

Coachella, 13 – 15 & 20 – 22 April 2018
Offering far more than headline shows from the biggest names in music right now, Coachella is the most renowned arts and music festival. The festival commissions a number of large-scale and site-specific installations every year from both established and up and coming artists, which form a distinguishing visual element of the event. With a packed line-up that includes music across all genres, there will be plenty of artists to see during the day. There are also a plethora of pool parties and after parties if the music scene isn't enough to get you excited. Coachella parties only seem to get bigger and better each year.
