Private Jet Charter Broker / Account Manager

Do you have exceptional customer service or account management experience and the opportunity for great earning potential?  Air Partner Plc is looking for Private Jet Charter Brokers to be responsible for attaining and maintaining high earning, key accounts.  You will report directly to the Team Leader and assist with large contract and other ad-hoc projects and develop key relationships with clients, suppliers and other Air Partner Offices around the world.

What you will be doing: 

- Day to day trading / brokering / sales in a customer centric, non-hard sell approach

- Building excellent partnerships with the Operators and clients 

- Providing support to the Team Leader in all aspects of day to day trading

- Delivering first class customer service to ensure that all flights meet the clients’ deadlines and expectations 

- Generation of sales from new leads and making sales calls in order to generate new prospects

- Taking the lead in meeting hot prospects, as well as leading existing contract renewal projects

- Maintaining a high levels of brokering activity to find the best solution to meet client’s needs

- Increasing the client database through sales activities

What we are looking for:

- Experience in brokering/ sales/ account management for private jet charting or other luxury products is desirable, although we can offer training to others who are hungry to learn, are extremely customer focused and confident to maximising profit without damaging or putting client relationships under pressure.

- Fluency in both English and Italian

- Other language skills – desirable 

- A customer focus with first rate people skills 

- An ability to communicate effectively both within the department, the office and throughout the Group

- Ability to generate consistent Gross Profit for the Company

- Have excellent time management skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met

- Be numerate, efficient and accurate

- Have a logical approach to problem solving 

- Be IT literate with the ability to learn the functions of a new system

- Be competitive and a highly motivated team player who promotes team work 

- Good knowledge of world geography

- A willingness to travel

- An ability to share knowledge and experience with others

- First rate product knowledge

- A logical approach to problem solving 

- PC literacy - fully conversant with Air Partner systems (AXIS)

- Adaptable to change

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organisational skills

- A proactive and flexible approach to workloads

- Provide seamless customer service to clients and ensuring that expectations are met or exceeded.

- An ability to anticipate and out manoeuvre rivals in competitive tenders

- A need to keep up with changing situations, especially when competition is tight
