Job Purpose Statement

The primary role of the ServicePLUS Executive is to support the Commercial Jet Team in all aspects of flight logistics, ensuring a seamless service is provided for every flight.

 

Job Accountabilities

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide seamless customer service to clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
  • Provide overseas support, including departure representation and/or flight riding, as required
  • Prepare detailed briefs for clients with relevant flight information
  • Promote and sell ServicePLUS flight enhancements; ensure any additional sales are invoiced and paid in a timely manner
  • Where applicable, cross sell Air Partner services
  • Distribute post flight surveys following every flight and in case of any Claim cooperate with the Client’s Commercial Account to quickly respond to any service issues
  • Update Air Partner Company Software’s Systems with relevant information regarding suppliers and customers
  • Prepare the Flight Brief + File to support the person on duty H24 on the actual and forthcoming Flight activity

  • Building and maintaining successful, long term relationship with both client and suppliers
  • Managing and prioritizing workload, particularly during busy periods
  • Ability to quickly and effectively manage service issues

 

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Experience

  • Previous experience with airport procedures, charter broking, and flight riding preferred

Skills

  • Both Customer and Provider focused with an emphasis on quality
  • Highly motivated individual who is a Team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility, Reliability and Availability
  • PC literate
  • Geographical knowledge desirable
  • Willingness to travel (sometimes on short notice)
