Air Partner organised an aircraft charter flight for top senior managers from an automotive company to travel to a meeting in California. With so many of their management having to attend the board meeting in a remote destination, Air Partner proposed a flight solution that would ensure everyone arrived to the meeting in a timely manner. Those travelling from Europe were taken first class to New York, where all passengers then travelled together via business jet to the meeting location’s nearest airport. From there, a helicopter flew them to their end destination and the guests were taken from point to point. To ensure that everyone was looked after during the flights, Air Partner arranged for bespoke VIP catering in the private lounge at the airport. It was crucial to provide a time saving solution so that the meetings potential could be maximised and guests arrived refreshed ready for business.
