Air Partner was required to organise a number of aircraft charter flights on behalf of a large corporate client travelling to Malaga for a 3 day conference. The requirement was to take 450 members of staff who flew in on scheduled flights to a centralised hub, which connected on to the specially branded charter aircraft travelling to the South of Spain for an unforgettable experience.
The clients logo was present at all check-in desks which provided the guests with a VIP brand experience from the moment they entered the airport and also on-board the charter aircraft where they were greeted by their Managing Directors dressed as Flight Captains and sat in seats with customised head rest covers.
