Air Partner worked on an incentive trip on behalf of a large financial enterprise in Germany. We organised the complete journey via aircraft charter, scheduled flights and rail tickets.
The company needed to transport 1,000 managers to Kiel from a number of destinations in Germany, for an event celebrating the end of a successful financial year. How was this achieved?
-250 guests on two air charter flights from Nurnberg and Stuttgart
-450 scheduled tickets on 10 scheduled flights from Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Cologne and Munich
-300 rail tickets for direct travel to the end destination Kiel
As an additional service, we were able to provide the client with a dedicated phone facility to help support all their guests with questions regarding the journey and the event. On the day of the flights an Air Partner Representative was onsite to ensure a seamless program.
