Chambery Airport
Chambery is a small international airport located in the French Savoie region, ideal for accessing the French resorts in the Southern and Northern Alps. Due to its close proximity to some of the prime ski resorts, it becomes one of the most popular airports in the winter season. Although it is a small airport, it has a private terminal dedicated to private jet travellers.

The Three Valleys are easily reached by Chambery, giving you access to Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorens. Chamonix and Val D'Isere are both also nearby and are best served by Chambery airport.

We would recommend a Light jet or Midsize jet to fly comfortably from London, such as a Citation XLS or Embraer Phenom 300.
Insider tip
Book as early as possible to get your preferred flight time and date. If you are flexible then take advantage of the quieter weekdays when there aren't scheduled services flying in or out - you'll have the airport to yourself. Grenoble is also a good alternative option and can be less susceptible to weather conditions and slot restrictions than Chambery – for an extra 40 minutes on the road (or less time in a helicopter) it can offer slightly more flexibility.
