Summer is our busiest time, with clients booking flights to traditional and newer European holiday hotspots; Southern France, Croatia, the Balearics to name just a few. With a high volume of private flights wanting to access the same airports, it can be challenging. Clients rely on us to confirm the best flight schedule to maximise precious holiday time. A good working relationship ensures we understand passengers' requirements and use our experience and knowledge to suggest best options. Having been in the industry for over 20 years, I enjoy assisting clients through this process and will always offer solutions and advice to achieve the best flight experience possible.
Some of my clients take their pet with them for their summer getaway. We have regular four-legged fliers who come back to us each year to travel. We offer everything from fast food to fine dining and are able to arrange anything you would like, whether it's high tea for children, a 3-course meal or a dish from your favourite restaurant. Whatever the request, we will go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
Many of my clients value the flexibility of the private jet service options we provide. As well as our on-demand service, we can also offer our JetCard programme with fixed hourly rates and flexible benefits, such as late cancellation. My clients use our services as suits their trips – for example, they can use their JetCard funds towards on-demand, should they prefer market prices for a particular trip, as well as towards chauffeur services and helicopter flights. We always assess our clients' flying profile and recommend the best way to fly with us.
