Risk Management Consultant and Bowtie Specialist

We are seeking professional Risk Management practitioners with experience of using the bowtie methodology who have the ambition, focus and passion to become world-class consultants. The ideal candidate will be able to inspire and positively influence our clients through compliance towards aviation safety improvement in the training and/or consulting environment. Experience in aviation is desirable, but experience of similar industries will be considered

Required Skills and Experience

• An in-depth subject knowledge, experience and credibility in risk management using barrier-based tools
• At least 3 years experience of working within a risk management environment
• A consultative approach that engages and inspires
• Experience of training or facilitation would be desirable
• A desire to leverage your extensive skills working with like-minded people
• A flexible approach to work and travel

What we offer

We are offering an Associate agreement with the prospect of full-time employment in the future, so this role would suit a contractor, self-employed consultant or those with their own consultancy. Essential training, mentoring and ongoing support & development will be provided.
