Sales Associate

 Are you a highly motivated and target driven individual with a successful track record in sales?  Are you looking for a Monday to Friday sales role to get your evenings and weekends back?  If so, we are looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our London Charing Cross office, so apply now for a February 2020 start!

As part of the Private Jets Charter and Jet Card team, you will take responsibility for generating leads through cold and warm calling, using an established database, networking and desk research, with the aim of setting up your Senior Sales Directors with qualified leads and meeting appointments. You will also be involved with lead generation, presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of a sales process, superb interpersonal skills and the desire and hunger to over-achieve in what is a fast-paced market.

What you will be doing:

- Presenting, promoting and selling products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Reaching out to customer leads through high volume cold and warm calling

- Qualifying and setting up as many meetings as possible for Senior Sales Directors

- Achieving agreed sales targets and sales KPI’s and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinating sales effort with Sales Directors and other departments

- Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services

- Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends - Continuously improving

Please note that although this is mostly an office based role from 8.45am to 5.30pm with an hour for lunch Monday to Friday, there might be some requirement for travel and evening and weekend work to carry out client visits or to attend airports to ensure a clients’ flights run smoothly.

What we are looking for:

- Proven work experience as a sales representative where high volume targets were expected

- A love of targets and the thrill of making a sale

- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

– Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Familiarity with CRM

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven successful track record in sales

- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

- An ability to effectively prioritise

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- An ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to an audience needs

- Relationship management skills and an openness to feedback

- A willingness and desire to listen and learn - Excellent written end Verbal English

- Fluency in another language would also be beneficial

- A good team player with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to sometimes travel to client visits and work outside normal working hours
