Pilgrims Hospices

Pilgrims Hospices is a charity providing palliative care free of charge for people with a range of life-limiting illnesses. Charity Registration No. 293968

A Charity worth the challenge

Air Partner’s Sales Manager Ty Smith has volunteered to climb Denali, the highest mountain in North America for charity this year.  This tough Alaskan expedition is the second most difficult of the Seven Summits - due to the need to carry heavy loads, and the notoriously cold and stormy weather that the peak attracts!

It is very humbling to have the support from Air Partner; I feel lucky enough to be in a position to give back to such a worthwhile cause. It’s my way of keeping close to my mum, I know she is willing me on.’ Ty Smith later added I really appreciate your support with thanks.’

The Air Partner team would like to wish Ty Smith and the Pilgrims Hospices the very best on what will be a very rewarding adventure.

Ty’s determination to raise much needed funds for Pilgrims Hospices is so inspiring. Our charity provides end of life care, completely free of charge, and in order to continue doing so we need to raise a staggering £11m through voluntary donations each year. This will only be possible with the fundraising efforts of people like Ty and the sponsorship raised through people like you.
